Most consulting firms like to claim that their people are "different". At SPP, one of our key points of difference is the provision of senior project advisors that have strong industry experience.

In some cases, these advisors are beyond the reach of our client budget – so we seek to incorporate them on a part time basis, using them as a checkpoint along the way, and as senior strategists.

In other cases they may have specific experience which is needed during implementation. In that situation we may use them as a member of the steering committee during the implementation phase.
