Building dynamic project management capability
Our client asked SPP to develop a strategy for turning around poor project delivery performance and building a more responsive project management capability. This case study highlights how standard project management methodologies can be adapted to suit a specific business context.

Following a succession of IT project failures, our client had lost faith in the ability of their IT function to keep up with demand and support business development.
The situation was made worse by a disparate IT system and an internal project management methodology that created unnecessary burden.
In order to build sustainable performance improvement, SPP focused on developing a project management approach that was better suited to the types of project being undertaken rather than simply identifying tactical changes.
