SPP was asked to review growth options for a large corporate. This case study looks at the approach and outcomes.

Our client, a successful business within a large corporate institution, had experienced increasing market share but did not have a clear strategy for growth.
As our client had historically relied on tactical initiatives to improve profitability, such a strategic review was an unfamiliar exercise.
SPP sought to engage all members of the client team to build both confidence in the strategic thinking process and buy-in for the end result.
