This month we start to reflect on six years as a firm, and the broad array of project work that we have been involved with over that time. We look forward to reconnecting with many of you over the coming weeks to understand your agenda, and to get some feedback on your experiences with our firm.

SOME THINGS WE’VE DONE OVER THE PAST 6 YEARS:

  • Re-organisation efforts, from organizational re-design based on strategy, through to the detail of assisting with role descriptions
  • Strategy –including business-unit strategy, new product development, research strategy and segmentation studies
  • Business Improvement including business improvement projects and programs
  • Private Equity and Venture development including review of mid-market investment opportunities, and early stage commercialisation planning
  • Business Case Development for Major Projects, Infrastructure, and new services
  • Project management including commercial development of new agreements, and larger scale change and transformation programs
  • Business Development & Funding Bids assisting with hands-on business development and growth projects, both for private sector firms, as well as for organisations seeking closer industry engagement.
  • Training in disciplines including competitive bid management and strategy development

We’ve completed these assignments across a broad range of industry sectors including Financial Services, Government, Education, Research, Property, Agribusiness & Primary Industry, Health & Nutraceutical, and Transport & Logistics.

HELPING OUT AT FARESHARE:

  • SPP recently enjoyed helping out at FareShare, preparing meals for the less fortunate. It was an enjoyable experience and helped us to continue to build our teamwork skills.
