Phil Noble

Phil is the founder and Director of SPP, having started the firm in 2005. Phil has extensive experience in business projects, and has a particular focus on the Strategy, Major Projects, and Ventures & Private Equity practice areas at SPP.

Phil has worked in a variety of roles, both as a line manager for a technology company, a project manager on major capital works projects, and as a management consultant.

Phil's former employers include the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on a range of strategic and operational issues. Phil has an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.

Ben Apted

Ben is a Senior Consultant with SPP. Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked as an independent advisor, with a particular focus on the Retail industry. Ben has also worked in a General Management role at a large Australian menswear business.

Ben has completed a range of projects with SPP, including the successful development of a business case leading to the funding of a $230m State Government laboratory project, as well as numerous strategy projects for corporates and small business. Ben has an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.
