Major Projects

Our Major Projects Practice focuses on the development of business cases for large scale capital works projects. This involves developing clear communication around the benefits and costs associated with a major project, building detailed cash flows, developing risk analysis, and considering alternative project delivery structures.

Projects we have been involved with in this area include:

• Successful funding of a $230m Laboratory Project for the Victorian State Government
• Development of detailed risk analyses for major projects
• Ongoing development of project delivery structures
