SPP is looking for people with drive and enthusiasm to join the firm in the roles of Analyst, Consultant, and Project Manager.

Analysts will typically be people with minimal consulting experience, but at least 2-3 years corporate experience. They have a sharp analytical mind, and the drive to develop the problem solving skills required to be a successful consultant, including the use of spreadsheets and other analytical tools.

Consultants will typically have some consulting experience at a top tier firm (BCG, McKinsey, ATK, Booz-Allen, LEK, Accenture and others) or more significant Managerial expertise.

Project Managers will have experience in leading strategy assignments for large corporates.
